Job Description: Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player who is responsible for leading the development of project schedules, manpower loading, manpower leveling, progress monitoring, and reporting for a suite of small projects across multiple Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors. Individuals will implement and maintain schedules as well as help facilitate work for the team of schedulers, which covers various project portfolios.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: •Develop and maintain schedules for capital and maintenance projects, outages, reliability initiatives and turnarounds.
•Control and monitor project schedules by effectively communicating across various companies, contractors, engineering groups and departments.
•Resource loading, leveling and analysis of data into schedules as required.
•Provide weekly/biweekly project schedule updates with project team.
Minimum Qualifications: •Education: Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
•Experience: Typically 3 to 10+ years
•Technical Skills:Primavera P6 (required)
•Management: Ability to coordinate team of multiple schedulers
•Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Individual field assignments typically each have their own unique requirements. Prior to deployment on any field assignment, you must be able to meet all client-specific site requirements. •You must possess physical mobility (on the ground and at heights).
•You may be required to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
•You may be required to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding/ladders using the appropriate and required fall protection.
•You must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing the appropriate PPE. This may include but not be limited to a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves, and leather, steel-toed work boots.
•You may be required to position yourself to work in confined spaces
•You may be required to adhere to a client's random drug testing program prior to entering their site.
•You may be required to meet a client's facial hair safety policy prior to entering their site.
