About the Role
We are seeking a Lead ML Infrastructure Engineer to spearhead the development of our core ML training, inference, and evaluation platforms. This role involves building robust infrastructure to power our AI-driven clinical documentation models and crafting tools for rapid model development and deployment. There is a people management opportunity for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities Lead the development of our ML infrastructure to support the development of our in-house LLM for clinical documentation.Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our training data pipelines.Build our core inference infrastructure.Collaborate with product engineering teams to build production systems at scale that power the products our customers use every day.Leverage industry best practices to improve our customer-facing AI models that our customers rely on. About You You have 5+ years of experience in building and scaling performant software infrastructure.You have a track record of deploying ML models and familiarity with the full lifecycle of model development.You're an effective team player and communicator, able to work across functions to find effective solutions.You have experience mentoring engineers across teams, including other senior engineers.
