The Lead Superintendent will oversee the on-site construction of large-scale luxury multifamily developments valued at $85M+, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and engineers. This role also involves enforcing safety protocols, managing daily site operations, and resolving any issues that arise to ensure smooth project execution. Description Lead Superintendent - Builder/Developer - Multifamily Construction Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities for large-scale, luxury multifamily developments, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate daily with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflow. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes and company standards. Monitor project progress, manage inspections, and prepare reports for senior management to ensure successful project completion.
