Lead Uat Tester And Trainer

This is a Hybrid role in Miami, FL - Need to be Onsite for Occasional meetings
UAT Coordination: Develop and manage UAT plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate UAT sessions, guiding users through testing processes and collecting feedback.
Analyze UAT results, identify issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare UAT reports and documentation, providing insights to stakeholders.
Training Development: Assess training needs and design training programs tailored to different user groups.
Create training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the product.
Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
