Your Day to Day:
Partners with design, engineering, design systems and product management team members in the execution and delivery of PayPal's products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process.

Contributes to the planning and estimating work andparticipatesin broader work stream coordination and expectation setting.??

Creates high-quality deliverables and executes based onproduct designgoals and priorities without prescriptive guidance or direction, managing their work to a more extensive schedule.?

Leverages and extends the use of establishedproduct designtechniques, templates,presentationsand assets in the creation ofproduct designanalysis,solutionsand materials.

Contributes to the adaptation of PayPalproduct designtools,methodologyand software, and proposesnew solutionsoroptimizesexisting ones.?

Creates opportunities to foster collaborative cross-discipline dynamics. Drivesproduct designteam delivery excellence, furthering influence to achieveproduct designgoals.?

May lead one or more individuals in experience and design initiatives. Informallymentorsjuniorproduct designpractitioners in best practices,processandmethodology.

What You Need to Bring:
Candidates should have at least 8+?years experience.

Thorough understanding ofproduct designmethodologyand lifecycle across significant channels and platforms.
Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights.
Effectivelyoperateswithin an iterative design team, managingproduct designresponsibilities against defined milestones andplanwith little day-to-day oversight.?
Thorough knowledge of essential channels and platforms, with experience in mobile, dedicated, web and native solution design.?
Experience with resources suchas;pattern library, repositories, and internal communication tools, Figma.???
Areexperienced with motion and storytelling.
Can work on multiple projects from concept to launch.
Are committed to creating beautiful, user-centric designs prioritizing usability and accessibility.
