We are seeking qualified Area supervisors.
These are both full and part time positions.
Full time Supervisors hours will be from approximately 3 p.m to 12 am and part time Supervisors hours are: 6 pm to 11 pm.
Pay starts at 17 to 20 dollars per hour.
Any employee that works 25 plus hours becomes eligible for our benefits package which includes:

Supervisors Major Job Functions:
Purpose is to oversee the cleaning staff within multiple facilities of a given region.
Responsible for for knowing, understanding, and coordinating execution of cleaning activities at commercial facilities.
The area supervisor ensures all aspects of cleaning schedule are completed according to contract and based off Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.
The area supervisor will serve as point of contact for their manager.
Major Job Functions:
Understands and able to complete all runs for assigned buildings.
Effectively communicate daily work goals to cleaning crews and ensure that each member completes their assignments in a timely manner, based on Corporate Cleaning Group job cards and procedures.
Effectively use task and project management tools, such as, Microsoft Teams ,Lighthouse, Planner.
Complete required reports such as Daily Recap, Building Inspection Report.
Perform routine building inspections per the company inspection schedule.
Perform cleaning duties, such as, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restocking supplies, glass cleaning, and general wipe downs.
Follow and ensure good safety practices, such as, placing signs nearby to alert others that floors and hallways may be wet and slippery.
Ensures that all solvents and chemical cleaners are used according to safety regulations and guidelines.
Receive inspection and customer feedback from Leadership Team; addresses issues from inspection asap and report corrections to leadership .
Manage Customer Communication logs at applicable locations.
Train and retrain employees on proper cleaning methods, proper equipment operation and maintenance; such as, replacing vacuum bags, filters, checking and refilling water in auto-scrubber batteries.
Provide regular feedback to employees on performance, issue verbal and written documentation as necessary according to Corporate Cleaning Group progressive disciplinary action policy.
Ensure employees are complying with all Corporate Cleaning Group policies, procedures, and standard of conduct.
Perform shut down inspections daily as needed.
Turn off lights, lock and secure the facility at the end of the shift as needed.
