Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hard-working content creator, digital marketer, and product manager to join our leadership development program. This is a 4-year long program focused on building your leadership and management skills. We need someone who is ready to advance their career at a fast rate. This position is a rotational position between different areas of our company so that you can see how a company works from every angle. This program is built for someone who is ready to become a manager or high level employee in the next 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with three different teams in 8 month rotations in order to build your knowledge and bring value to the company.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable insights to guide product development, marketing strategies, and content creation strategies.
Rotate between 3 different positions over a 2 year time period and compete against sales goals
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to anticipate market changes and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in Product management, content creation, or digital/ social media marketing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive problem solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
