The Learning and Development Manager will work under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, leading the design, implementation and evaluation of leadership development initiatives. Ensuring the organization has robust skills to solve future challenges and enhances the overall organizational performance and culture of engagement. This role is responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning solutions to prepare and enable our employees to provide exceptional service to our patients and caregivers. The focus of this role is to design and deliver relevant, timely and engaging learning experiences that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees and equip them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their role. You will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to help identify talent development needs, drive leadership excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
\n Major Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders to develop strategy and content for new learning programs.Drive the design, development and execution of leadership, management and employee training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge and business performance.Implement and maintain the LMS, coordinating the assignment of all eLearning content.Evaluate the effectiveness and engagement of the learning programs to help us better understand trends and improve the programs. Continuously assess the quality and outcomes of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements.Create training materials, e-learning modules and other educational resources, ensuring the right blend of in-house and vendor supported content to meet business needs.Ensure strong tactical planning for alignment and visibility on all projects to enable effective stakeholder and end-user experience.Ensure that all caregivers and employees are compliant in completion of training required by state and accrediting agencies.Understand and maintain knowledge of state and agency learning requirements.Travel as needed to our site locations. Dimensions:Supervises 1 individualSupports up to 4500 caregivers and 450 employees Qualifications and Responsibilities:3 to 5 years of Learning and Development experience.Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects.Broad understanding of learning strategy and program managementHealthcare industry experience preferred.Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Experience working with multiple states and multiple locations required.
