Amazon's Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) Learning Solutions team is seeking an instructional learning systems expert to elevate and enable our Learning Solutions team and learners globally. The Learning Coordinator will be customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and able to execute with a basic understanding of Project Management principles.
The WWOS Learning Solutions team's primary responsibility is to help our audiences be more effective and productive in their jobs. Candidates should be analytical problem solvers who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. They will transform our programs through technology, so we can easily scale to meet our learners' needs worldwide. They will champion the learners' voice to shape how they learn and develop their skills. Applicants must have a track record for performing well in spite of complex or ambiguous challenges.
Key job responsibilities Complete learning admin tasks, including but not limited to: Instructor-Led Training logistics, scheduling, and support.LMS Training Assignments, troubleshooting learner issues; providing support and communication to learners.Run LMS reports & manipulate data for business reviews.Manage Training Curricula, including uploading new e-learning resources (SCORM, Job Aids, Process Maps, etc.) and revising existing Learning Objects.Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand training requirements and align initiatives with overall goals and objectives.Coordinate the content translations process. As a Learning Coordinator for the WWOS (Worldwide Operations Support) Learning Solutions team, you will spend your days communicating with Amazon WWOS associates, operations, and HR employees from around the world. You will be supporting the administrative tasks for learning, including scheduling training sessions, generating reports, and organizing logistics for learners. You will navigate various Amazon internal systems, databases, and learning platforms, troubleshooting problems and completing standard work with the goal of ensuring that learners have a positive and seamless experience.
When not working on administrative tasks, you will be manipulating data, building queries, and pulling reports to support sharing updates on team goals with the WWOS business. As time allows, you will own or support learning team projects related to process improvement in the learning space. Your project solutions will be realistic, standardized, optimized, and, where possible, automated. They will resolve defined business problems, be cost-effective, scalable, measurable, adoptable, and operationally acceptable for your customers.
It will be important to ensure that all of your projects and programs align with organizational goals and objectives, and that they meet all relevant regulatory, legal, and labor requirements, as well as obligations. Your scope of influence will be internal customers globally. You will work in the office three days a week and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

The WWOS Learning Solutions team leads learning and development programs for Worldwide Operations Security and drives security awareness for Worldwide Operations.

- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience using data to drive metrics and determine improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
