About the Job We're looking for a Learning and Development Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs and offerings for individual contributors and leaders across all functions of the organization.
In this role you will partner closely with cross-functional teams under the guidance of the Director of Learning and Development to design, build, and execute Tailored Brand's learning and development programs.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities · Be a key partner in the development, execution, and administration of Tailored Brand's learning and development deliverables and programs.
· Design course content, learning activities, assignments, and assessments for leaders and individual contributors.
· Develop instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
· Analyze, update, and refine existing course content as needed.
· Work with Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware & troubleshoot problems reported by users.
· Serve as a facilitator for L&D programs.
· Partner with Store and Supply Chain training teams to scale relevant learning interventions and content.
· Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in our industry so that Tailored Brand's training remains relevant.
· Write communications regarding learning events and programs.
· Plan and schedule training sessions (venues, participant logistics, materials, communications, attendance, participant feedback, reporting, etc.
)
· Communicate with senior executives regarding learning sessions and metrics of success.
· Serve as the Learning Management System administrator for leadership development and corporate individual contributor programs.
