Learning Ex, Sr. Program Manager, Japan Consumer InnovationThe Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Capabilities Team is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr. Program Manager to own the holistic learning experience of Amazon employees. Key job responsibilities: Drive employee capability development programs for Amazon Japan employees via developing and delivering innovative and scalable learning programs.Own strategy and roadmap to increase holistic Learning Experience (LX) for Amazon employees to make their learning experience effective and impactful throughout their Amazon lifecycle.Design and innovate key LX drivers including learning journey, curriculum structure, contents awareness and searchability, marketing strategy, etc.Invent and up-level learning impact measurement to continuously bar-raise learning impact.Collaborate effectively with business and program teams to scale org-level knowledge and insights, over end-to-end of Analysis-Design-Development-Implement-Evaluation (ADDIE) cycle.Manage internal Learning Management Systems (LMS) including completion status, learner reactions, behavior changes, etc.Facilitate in-classroom training as needed. A day in the life: Benchmark with quantitative and qualitative data on learner pain points.Conduct meetings with key SMEs to define learner requirements and objectives to design learning programs in the most effective manner.Develop a strategy document for innovating existing mechanisms for leadership alignment via business review, PRFAQ, and Operational Planning (OP) reviews.Measure the deliverable effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications: Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.Fluent in English and Japanese (both oral/written). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.Experience contributing to Stores learning program development (VM training, PM training, BS training, onboarding, functional training, etc.) as a Product Family POC.
