El Car Wash is looking for a Learning Management System Administrator (LMS) High-End state of the art car wash and growing!!

What youll be doing: The LMS Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Learning Management System, Docebo, to enhance the learning experience across our organization.
This position requires a proactive individual with a keen attention to detail and a passion for leveraging technology to support and streamline educational initiatives.

Administer and maintain the organization's learning technology systems and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classroom platforms, and other educational tools.
Coordinate integrations between the LMS and other software systems, such as HRIS or CRM platforms.
Ensure the LMS remains up to date by applying updates, monitoring system performance, and addressing technical issues.
Collaborate with the LMS vendor and stakeholders to mitigate risks during system changes and ensure smooth transitions.
Provide technical support and training to users on learning technology systems and tools, including troubleshooting issues, user access management, and navigation assistance.
Assist with user account management, including user access, permissions, and password resets.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, processes, features, configurations, and security protocols.
Upload, organize, and manage learning content, including courses, assessments, and resources within the LMS.
Develop and manage gamification initiatives, including leaderboards and badge programs.
Generate customized reports for stakeholders, including departmental leaders and the VP of Learning & Development to monitor training program effectiveness.
Analyze metrics such as course completions and their impact on job performance to inform data-driven decision-making.
What youll bring to the team: Bachelors degree in education, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role, with proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems.
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Inkling, Canvas) and SCORM/AICC standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to LMS functionality and user support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, used to sort and filter data from the LMS.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support users at various technical skill levels.
