Key Responsibilities: Understanding of the commercial leasing market, including what is "market" for various types of leases and lease related issuesExperience with leases for multiple property types, including office, retail, industrial and life science.Substantial experience representing landlords.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues Qualifications: Bar admission to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.JDMinimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters and SNDAs.
