Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Location: Bear, DE
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time with Weekends Required
SUMMARY
Our client is currently seeking an outgoing, positive, energetic Leasing Consultant with strong experience to act as an ambassador between the public, residents of the community and the in-house team.
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, providing exceptional service to the community residents and future residents to achieve occupancy goals.
Duties for this position include but may not be limited to:
Present properties and provided amenities to prospective tenants
Determine the needs of prospective renters
Take prospective renters on tours of homes
Confirm rental application data and personal references
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Understand and communicate leasing terms
Ensure prospects are documented
Diligently follow up on leads
Establish rapport with residents
Utilize CRM/Yardi to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Qualifications for this position are:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in residential leasing, hospitality and work with a focus in sales
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask during busy periods
Knowledge of the real estate industry
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work with accuracy in a fast paced environment
Weekend schedules are mandatory
