We know each tenant by name and are readily available to attend to our tenants' needs.

Job Overview: What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to oversee our residential leasing operations.
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing team, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leasing or residential property management, with a proven track record of success.
Has an active Arizona Real Estate License Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Develop strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the leasing team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Customer Service: Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new tenants.
Administrative Duties: Manage leasing paperwork, including agreements and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Financial Management: Monitor rental rates and recommend adjustments.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections.
Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to address issues.
