Responsibilities
• Assisting employees with benefit enrollment and verification appeals• Processing leaves of absence and administering FMLA• Administering reasonable accommodations• Maintaining employee data files and filing system• Identifying and reporting irregularities• Cooperating and communicating with internal and external contacts• Conducting training and cross-training• Upholding security and confidentiality• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma / GED required• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required• Associate's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Proficient in typing and data entry• Ability to stay organized and multitask efficiently
