As a Legal Administrative Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting the legal team in their day-to-day operations. Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Drafting and editing legal documents, correspondence and other materials with accuracy and attention to detail Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are filed appropriately and are easily accessible Assisting with document production, including printing, copying, scanning and binding Conducting research and gathering information as needed to support legal cases and projects Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, court personnel and other external parties Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to the efficient operation of the legal department Legal Administrative Assistant Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Previous legal experience (legal assistant, paralegal, admin, etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
