Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
Responsibilities: • Manage communication with clients (primarily in Spanish), assisting them through legal processes with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with administrative tasks like document preparation, data entry, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilize technology, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to streamline client communication and office tasks.
• Be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications: • Full fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – this is non-negotiable.
• Undergraduate degree.
• A smart, tech-savvy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Someone passionate about technology, eager to learn new tools, and willing to work remotely full-time at a computer.
• No legal experience is required – just a desire to grow and help people every day.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working remotely and handling multiple projects or deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus, but not required.
