We are seeking an experienced Legal Director with a strong background in family immigration law to lead our team of attorneys and support staff. Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen our legal teamBuild the firm's credibility, business development, and public relations opportunities by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.Maintain and develop your client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorneyHandle the financial strategy of the law firm by monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results - making any necessary changesSupervise business operations of the firm, including the establishment of the office's team structure, the communication and enforcement of our team's values, and meaningful contribution to strategic business decisions to achieve company goalsEnsure that the firm is achieving its short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of family immigration law experience with legal direction experience.Admission to the Georgia Bar is preferred.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to empathize with clients facing challenging immigration issues and serve as a passionate advocate for them.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as top-tier writing, research, and analytical abilities.Proficiency with immigration case management systems.Successful completion of a background check, including education, licensure verification, and criminal history, may be required. Compensation $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
