Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between our team and the client's administration.Provide top-notch, "white glove" customer service to all clients.Manage event logistics, ensuring seamless catering and room setups.Supervise, recruit, and train site personnel while maintaining high performance standards. Qualifications: 5+ years in client service within the hospitality industry.Proven leadership skills with a guest-focused mentality.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $85k-95k annually + potential bonuses + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO Benefits
