Legal Hr Manager

The Ford Agency seeks a Legal HR Manager to join a well-established DC law firm with a fantastic work culture.
This role will work on all aspects of the attorney lifecycle, including the onboarding and orientation process, attorney evaluations, and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the attorney onboarding and orientation processManage the attorney evaluation process firmwideManage the attorney off-boarding processCollaborate with outside counsel on visa and immigration mattersManage the foreign attorney program with the recruiting team and other teamsQualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree required5+ years of legal personnel, HR, recruiting or similar functions Law firm experience required2+ years of experience directly managing a teamCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
