Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 100 firm in its search for a Legal Receptionist. This is an immediate need on a temporary basis (full-time hours) and will be out of the Firm's Dayton, Ohio offices . Estimated duration is anywhere to 4 weeks to 4 months, subject to change according to client needs. In-office; Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The successful Receptionist will have: At least 2 years of relevant experience required; related experience in a professional services firm desired; High school diploma or GED required; Knowledge and experience with computerized voice over IP phone system required; Experience with Microsoft Office; Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism; Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with visitors via phone and in-person tactfully and professionally; Strong attention to detail; Ability to be flexible and dependable. Primary duties of the Receptionist include but are not limited to: Greeting clients and guests to the Firm; Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and clearly conveying directions and information to callers and guests; Scheduling conference rooms and meetings; Ordering and coordinating food and beverage service for meetings and events; Routing mail; Assisting with miscellaneous administrative support; Assisting other practice groups and departments with special requests as needed; Assisting with hospitality tasks, as needed including keeping conference rooms clean and coordinating with IT to set up video conferencing. Performing other tasks as needed. All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
