Legal Secretary

Mid-size defense litigation firm seeking seasoned legal secretary.
Successful candidates must be poised and professional with strong and proven background in working with a combination of partners, associates and paralegals.
Must be organized, proficient with transcription and able to work independently.
This position requires a high level of confidentiality and interaction with clients.
Candidate must be comfortable with assuming a variety of responsibilities and have the ability to multi-task.

Duties included, but not limited to:
Filing of documents in Federal and State Courts Legal terminology is a must Assist with attorney time entries Transcription Assist paralegals with compiling documents into notebooks Assist with case preparation Assist other secretaries in the firm as time allows This firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
