Our client, the Houston office of a leading national insurance defense firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Legal Secretary for their Regional Managing Partner.
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings and discover documentsMaintain scheduleTravel arrangementsFlawlessly organize and maintain Outlook schedule Manage and organize documents and emailsUnderstand court rules/filing proceduresExpense reports Qualifications:
10+ years of litigation experience including trial preparationE-filing, Federal and StateTech-savvy- Microsoft Office SuiteDocument management working with eDockets and/or iManageIndependent self-starterGreat written and oral communication skills This is a hybrid position in Downtown, Houston-
