Responsibilities
• Working in concert with our Account Manager to preserve and build our referral base• Processing orders for customers and referral sources• Maintaining exceptional customer experiences for all customers and referral sources when covering at each location• Ensuring proper and compliant documentation to provide our products and services to our customers• Obtaining verbal/written documentation and verifying insurance coverage to secure supplies and equipment our customers need• Adhering and complying with all regulatory compliance policies, procedures and best practices
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Three years related experience• Strong communication skills• Must be employed with Handi for at least 6 months• Must have no corrective action in the last 6 months
