Our team of professionals is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where clients can achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.\*\*Job Summary: \*\*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate substance use challenges. The successful candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.\*\*Key Responsibilities: \*\*- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care.- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and state licensing board.\*\*Qualifications: \*\*- (MSW) from an accredited institution.- Current and valid LCPC/LCSW license in the state of Idaho.- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.\*\*Benefits: \*\** Flexible working hours* Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients* Supportive team environment\*\*How to Apply: \*\*Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to ******\*Equal Opportunity Employer: \*\*Lean on me, INC is an equal opportunity employer.
