Up to $85,000 in guaranteed annual salary
$5,000 Signing Bonus

Generalist role with a variety of case-mix and patient-population
Community Health - Outpatient clinic setting
Monday-Friday schedule 
1:5 Weekend call rotation - Extra $400 on-call incentive
