Licensed Clinical Social Worker / LCSW Burlington Township, NJ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with occasional flexibility.

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / LCSW for a well-established behavioral health leader in Burlington Township, NJ. Services are provided in a community home serving 5 individuals with an intellectual disability and behavioral health needs. The home is licensed by the Division of Youth and Family Services. Responsibilities include:

Case Management Complete Biopsychosocial assessments and reports, including IMDS strength and needs assessments Plans, develops, and monitors behavioral support options Develops comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, updates as needed Provides individual therapy Provides group or family therapy Attends treatment team meetings Requirements: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field, licensed to practice independently in New Jersey (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) OR Master's level therapist licensed to practice in New Jersey who will achieve full independent licensure in the timeframe required by the appropriate licensing board. Minimum one year of experience working with youth with I/DD. Ability to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of clients and families.
