We help people become healthier, more active and live fuller lives.*Position Summary????????????*The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in a metabolic clinic specializes in obesity management and is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals seeking to improve their metabolic health, obtain a healthy weight and manage chronic conditions. The LCSW will provide therapeutic support, counseling, and behavioral interventions to patients dealing with obesity and related conditions. The LCSW will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to address the psychological, social, and behavioral aspects of weight management, helping patients to overcome barriers and achieve their health goals. The LCSW will maintain a positive attitude and good working relationship with patients, other providers, coworkers, and broader community. The LCSW will see patients in the clinic and via telehealth in accordance with established care protocols and pathways.
