Responsibilities

•Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
•Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
•Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
•Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
•Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients

Qualifications

•Self motivated and self sufficient
•Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
•Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
•Proven negotiating and communication skills
