Our client's Drone Delivery team is seeking a Licensed Drone Visual Observer to join their team.
As a Drone Visual Observer, you will be part of the Drone Delivery Team supporting the Flight Monitors to accomplish their goal of delivering packages to customers via drone in 60 minutes or less.
The ideal candidate will have a Part 107 Drone License, at least 2 years of Visual Observer experience, and strong attention to safety and details which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
The Visual Observer will be a part of flight crew stationed at Tolleson, AZ.
The Visual Observers will work with the Flight Monitors (FMs) to accomplish our goal of delivering packages to customers via drone in 60-minutes or less.
Day in the life- Attend pre-operational brief and end-of-day brief, observe air traffic and ensure there are no obstacles aloft or on the ground that may interfere with the safety of flight, report weather conditions that may be pertinent to the operation, and additional side tasks as necessary.
The Visual Observer role will interact directly with the Flight Monitor (FM).
Work environment will be observing air or ground traffic outside their vehicle in a variety of hot/cold temperatures and weather conditions.

14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
List of Drones you have proficiency with
Operators that can prioritize safety
Previous Visual Observer experience (minimum 2-years).
Must be based in the Tolleson, AZ area
Must use your OWN VEHICLE for the duration of the contract
