We provide services for addiction, parenting, and educating families in understanding how their alcohol or substance use contributes to Adverse Childhood Experiences, the ultimate goal is to improve their relationship skills to ultimately break the generational transmission of risk. What you will do:Effectively manage a case load of clients with co-occurring disorders and facilitate groups. Provide direct services to clients including interviewing clients, assessments, treatment/aftercare planning, individual and group counseling, and monitoring/evaluating client progress.Facilitate counseling and didactic groups, educations groups, conduct family meetings when possible.Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records, including but not limited to, documenting client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, continuing care plans, and discharge summaries.Train and/or supervise interns as needed.Participate in on-site clinical supervision (a minimum of twice weekly).Benefits: Benefits if working 30+hours per week.
