VVater is seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components according to safety and quality standards. This role requires extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical codes, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. VVater is looking for a candidate with a swiss army knife of skill; as such, any candidate that has multiple skill sets in various fields will be seen as an advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring code compliance.Mechanical Electrical | Electromechanical | Pump | Variable Speed Drives | Automation experience will be advantageous.Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions to perform installations and repairs accurately.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing safe and effective solutions.Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems, including testing and replacement of components.Collaborate with other team members to ensure electrical work integrates effectively with other construction and installation activities.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job specifications.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures to protect self and others on the job site.Keep up-to-date with advances in electrical technologies and best practices through ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program.Valid electrician's license in Texas and other states.Valid Drivers License.Proven experience as a licensed electrician, with strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical codes.Proficiency with hand and power tools, electrical testing devices, and diagnostic equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift, carry, and work in confined spaces.
