Our agency, dedicated to excellence in client service and protection, is currently seeking Licensed, Experienced Remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Producers to join our team. As part of our mission to safeguard homes, automobiles, lives, and retirement income, we need individuals who excel in building strong client relationships and providing tailored coverage solutions.
If you meet our Required Qualifications, which include:
Minimum of 2 years of Prior Captive Agency (preferably Allstate) P&C Insurance Sales Experience.
Minimum of 1 year of prior remote work experience.
Proven track record of selling a minimum of 40 items per month on average for the last 1+ year.

Total Compensation Package: $60,000 - $125,000+ annually

In-house marketing team to provide leads
Responsibilities:
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients.
Prospect for clients via phone, internet, and in-person.
Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.
Requirements:
MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
MUST have a minimum of 2 years selling P&C Insurance in a Captive Agency Setting (Allstate experience highly preferred).
MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies.
MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office.
Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Previous Allstate Insurance Experience highly preferred.
