Responsibilities
• Work directly with Wealth Managers and clients to render clerical or administrative tasks• Establish new client accounts• Set appointments for Wealth Managers either in person, telephone or web conferencing• Answer client questions and describe investment products and services• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients• Maintain, update, and file client information• Complete administrative tasks, track and document client data• Schedule and assist in preparation of client meetings• Provide back-up and support to Wealth Management team members• Establish committed and trusted client, advisor, and vendor working relationships
Requirements
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software• Self-disciplined with commitment to quality, attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to multi-task and change priorities in a fast-paced environment• Excellent problem-solving skills• College degree preferred• Financial services industry experience preferred• FINRA licensing highly desired
