A large leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Licensed Fire Alarm Technician to join their team for a contract-to-hire opportunity.
This company offers Fire, HVAC, and Security solutions and serves over 4 million customers worldwide.
Under limited supervision, they'll possess complete technical competence on all fire /security systems and the ability to resolve or guide others through very complex problem resolution.
Responsible for programming, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems per contract obligations.
They will be traveling to customer sites daily, which include a lot of day trips and will be expensed per mileage.

Provide solutions to systems problems by troubleshooting the system or advising others on how to resolve problems.
Requires thorough understanding of core and third party security, fire and other related low voltage system products, software, systems and IT networks, and electrical technology.

Configures security and fire systems, which utilize both core and third party security, fire and other related low voltage system products, software, systems, networks and electrical technology as defined by the PSA Service agreement, project specification or on retrofit projects while maintaining quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Completes all required service requests and commissioning documentation.
Provides accurate information and documentation per service or installation contracts.
The hourly pay range for this position is $40-45/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma
1+ years of Low Voltage electrical systems experience (Fire/Life Safety Systems, Access Controls, Nurse Call, or Paging Systems)
NICET Level 1 or Higher certification
Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
High level of Customer Service

CSA Certification
Denver License (Blue Card)
