Description   ****Average salary is $53,289.60 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****   ****This position will include a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus**** This position has hybrid capabilities in the Independence area. Are you a compassionate professional looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a skilled Therapist to provide intensive, in-home clinical services to parents and children across Kansas. You'll be a key player in helping families navigate challenges and create safer, more stable environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide face-to-face, in-home therapeutic services to assigned families 5-8 hours per week over 4-6 months. Work closely with case workers to develop treatment plans, coordinate visits, and ensure safety and permanency for children. Manage a caseload of 5-8 families, with accurate documentation and monthly reports. Participate in ongoing training and supervision to refine clinical skills and maintain certification. Collaborate with community service providers to ensure holistic family support. Complete all required assessments, documentation, and reports on time. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required. Licensed by Kansas BSRB required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in child and family services, with knowledge of foster care populations and behavioral approaches.
