*Performance Therapeutics* is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with an interest in a well-established outpatient physical therapy setting in Elsa, Texas*.*We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide full time patient care, specifically a dedicated and personable individual with a strong work ethic. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Workflow management, quality customer service and a commitment to continuous performance improvements and career development.Daily tasks require a high level of detailed patient care as well as consistent organization and an ability to multi-task. The position also requires an excellent standard of professionalism and an ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, including patients, referral sources, employees, case managers and rehab peers. While we demand high levels of patient care and professionalism, it is a relaxed and comfortable environment.
