Active Balance Physical Therapy LLC is a small, outpatient physical therapy practice located in beautiful Dayton, Wyoming. We have built a reputation on skilled manual physical therapy, one-on-one care and community. We look at and treat the "whole body" to improve daily function. We treat a wide variety of patients, from seniors, athletes to cowboys, and everyone in between.*Licensed Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:*- The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and establishing, implementing and overseeing appropriate custom plans of care for these individuals in order to restore and maximize their function and quality of life.- Establish appropriate and realistic short- and long-term functional goals with the patient.- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.- Recording patients' progress and modifying the plan of care if needed.- Communicate effectively and on a regular basis with patients, caregivers and fellow healthcare team members to promote optimal healthcare delivery and progress toward the patient's functional goals.- Educating patients, community and businesses on what physical therapy has to offer.- Willing to do community outreach to promote health and wellness.- Participate in professional development and continuing education to evolve therapy skills and knowledge.*Licensed Physical Therapist Job Requirements :*- Physical Therapist should have a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a nationally accredited school of physical therapy program.- Physical Therapist must maintain current State of Wyoming licensure through the State Board of Physical Therapy or be eligible to sit for the Wyoming State PT Exam.- Physical Therapist must have the ability to work independently and as a team.- Physical Therapist must be willing to help expand business and take on new programs.*Licensed Physical Therapist Benefits:*- Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off- Continuing Education Allowance- Flexible Schedule: Full or Part time available.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Continuing education credits* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time offMedical Specialty:* Physical & Rehabilitation MedicineSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayEducation:* Master's (Preferred)License/Certification:* Physical Therapy License (Required)Work Location: In person
