Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Care Services

Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to stable patients with predictable outcomes under the direction of the registered nurse.
They may also participate in the care of complicated, unstable patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Experience: Preferred: 1 year of acute care nursing experience Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program License and Credentials: Required: State Practical Nursing License Skills: BLS Healthcare Provider certification, Basic EKG certification, IV certification within 3 months of hire Populations Served: Child: Infant (0-1), Toddler (1-3), Preschool (3-6), School Age (6-12), Adolescent (12-18) Adult: Early Adult (19-45), Middle Adult (46-59), Late Adult (60-79), Late, Late Adult (Over 80) Bi-Weekly Hours: 72
