Full-Time LPNSchedule:

Thursday - Saturday: 2:30pm-11pm & Monday: 6:30am-3pmPay Range:

$35-$40/hourJob Description:Coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes in residents' conditionProvide medication administration according to physicians' orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observationsSupervise Medication Technicians and care providers to ensure resident care plans are followedMake appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive mannerUpdate and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reportsSkills Required:Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership and supervisory abilitiesAbility to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detailIntermediate computer and mobile device skillsMinimum Requirements:Current unencumbered LPN licenseCPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hireAbility to work the defined schedule for this positionPreferred Qualifications:Prior direct supervisory experienceMore than one year of medication management experienceSelf-directed with strong organizational and time management skillsExperience working with the senior populationBenefits:Belmont Village offers full-time employees benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, prescription, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
