Every other weekend required Min 1 year of experience as a LPN BLS/CPR Certificate (preferred AHA) Active LPN License for MA 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and the other could be the supervisor or co-worker!
) Duties: Taking and monitoring patient vital signs. Administering medication. Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members. Maintaining accurate patient records.
