Licensed Practical Nurse

*Mosaic Health has an opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Rushville Center.*Duties to include, but not limited to: supporting providers (physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants) in the treatment of patient care; acting as a patient advocate protecting privacy and confidentiality issues; obtaining and documenting medical history from patient; documenting encounters and pertinent information such as vitals into the Electronic Health Record (EHR); and prioritizing daily work to maintain a patient flow for providers.*Minimum Education/Experience: *· High School Diploma or equivalent, plus completion of an accredited LPN training program· New York State LPN license is required· One year of related work experience in community medicine and/or New York State Article 28 environment preferred, however will train new graduatesMosaic Health provides access to compassionate, individualized health care and wellness-related education for everyone regardless of financial, cultural, or social barriers.
