Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Lakewood, WA 98498 Duration: 5 Years to permanent Shift Hours: 6:30 AM -- 3:00 PM T/W/W/T 2:30 PM -- 11:00 PM Job Description: Assist with the rehabilitation of patients and residents according to the treatment plan Promote a better understanding of hospital policies Attend to the general care of patients and residents, provide emotional and physical comfort and safety, and maintain an attractive and comfortable environment Participate in education programs and treatment team conferences Care for patients/residents with communicable diseases including necessary sterilization and observation of aseptic techniques Observe, record, and report the general condition of patients/residents Participate in providing a therapeutic environment through acceptance of patients and residents behavior, and guidance toward more rational behavior Preferred Qualification: Licensed Practical Nurse License.
