Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Day-to-day tasks include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with the care team to develop personalized care plans.
Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Experience in providing care for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia Knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and the care team Strong observational and critical thinking skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to work well in a team environment CPR certification PREFERRED
