To monitor all nursing personnel in the performance of their duties and give timely relevant evaluations of their work. To observe and assess individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needs. To assist in the initial and ongoing training of nursing aid staff. To work as a team to meet the needs of our residents and their family members in excellent customer service.Essential Responsibilities: To ensure that each resident receives quality care.To observe and assess individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needs.
