Job Responsibilities:1 year work experience as LPN / LVN minimum requirement1 year experience in each field of work (Medsurg, ER/ED, Critical Care, Home Health, etc)Following the State board of nursing scope of practice of which licensed.Work under supervision of RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or PhysicianCPR certification requiredACLS required for critical care or facility discretionCPI/Crisis prevention required for behavioral healthUp to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (t-spot, TB gold, Xray, etc)COVID vaccine required at facility discretion
