Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient's individualized needs.Work Experience:Central Market - 13300 MH Adult Consolidated and 14200 Focus Unit Only: In accordance with Minnesota Rules 9530.6450 Subpart 1-B; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems are defined as: Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements.
