Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

Job Duties Review patient records, reports, and other pertinent information prior to patient visits Prepare patients for examinations and assist with in-office procedures Collect data and perform nursing assessments of new patients Accurately record patient care in the electronic medical record system Schedule appointments, refill medications, and complete orders as directed Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers Adhere to clinic protocols and OSHA standards Ensure patient confidentiality and provide comprehensive care Licensing and Certification Active LPN license Basic Life Support certification Skills Minimum of three years of outpatient care experience Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation Familiarity with electronic health record systems
