You will collaborate closely with physicians, family members, and our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care. Utilizing the nursing process effectively, your primary goal will be to enhance and maintain each resident's mental and physical capabilities. Additionally, you will act as a clinical role model and a vital resource for your colleagues. Requirements: Current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa. CPR Certification is required within six months of hire. Preferred experience in long-term care.
